The manufacturing of a piece of cutlery begins with the cutting of its shape and the stamping of its pattern.
The preparation of the tools for the creation of new cutlery is completed by our designer, in response to our client's requests or simply to follow the tendency of the market.

We have a complete autonomy which goes from the developing a new model to delivery of the final product, including all the production steps along the way.

This manufactering process includes the upkeep of the machinery, the repairs of the stamping tools and all various fine tuning. These duties are all performed by our own maintenance staff.
   
  Once the cutting and stamping tools are ready the production can then start.
The steel rolls can be rolled out, and then cut to produce templates.
These templates, depending on the model and finishing wanted follow different steps : Laminating, stamping, filing, cleaning and polishing.
The quality of the steel used, the thickness of the metal and the finishing
of the product are the 3 criteria of Quality which differentiate the cutlery ranges.
